Boys litter like nothing is wrong

I spotted kids littering again...

Its just a little cigarette butt...

Bird Feeder or High rise littering ?


This guy is indeed a bird lover.
He is willing to risk fine if caught doing this by the wrong or right person.
He has been doing this for years now.....Lucky fellow ! Have never got caught before.
