Somebody found an idea to prevent our National flag from flying and flipping over.
I saw this at block 224 Yishun Ring Road.
Notice a silver shiny object below.
So I zoom in with my camera.
There is a lock and some metallic object attached below.
I wonder happen if it falls on a passer-by.

the silver object is to prevent the flag from being blown blown up.
wind is always so strong and they have to reverse the flag down everytime they walk pass.
